Install the Google Earth plugin
In order to use OnScene, you must first install the Google Earth plugin.
(Follow the instructions on the left side of the page, scrolling down when necessary.)
Step 1. If you see this message bar at the top of your screen:

Click the close button X at the far right of the bar.

Step 2. When you see the following screen on the right hand side of this page, click "Get the Google Earth Plugin now."

Step 3. When you see the following message box, click "Save File" button to download and save the installation program to your system. You may have to click this button twice, once to activate it, the second time to bugin the download.

Step 4. After the download completes, depress CTRL-J (the control key and the J key) to bring up the download screen. Then, double click the entry entitled "GoogleEarthPluginSet." This will begin the set-up process.

If the following message box appears, press OK.

Step 5. While the Google Earth plugin is installing, you will see this message box and progress bar:

Step 6. Close the Thank-You message box when it appears:

If the installation is successful, you will see this screen on the right hand side of the page:
FF reload
Then, press F5 or click the browser RELOAD button:

NOTE: If, after following all of the above steps you receive an error message that Google Earth was not installed, or the installation process halts suddenly, or you are directed to the Google Earth Installer website, please navigate back to this page and click one of the items below:
